IMPORTANT DATES
The Settlement received Preliminary Approval on November 13, 2009. The Settlement received Final Approval on May 3, 2010. The claims period has now expired. However, an appeal was filed on July 1, 2010. That appeal was not finally resolved until December 2011.
Checks were distributed on December 23, 2011 to class members who had filed claims. Those checks must be cashed by December 23, 2012.
